Food
Our Italian inspired food highlights a seasonal small plate menu for Aperitivo and Dinner. Our oven fires up “Pinsa Romana”, a Roman Style Pizza with a process that takes up to 72 hours and creates a crust that is crispy & fluffy. In addition we offer an amazing range of artisanal cheeses, creamy burrata and charcuterie selections.
Happy Hour
To celebrate the Aperitivo culture, we offer Spritz Cocktails, Chilled Vermut, Natural wines and a small plate Aperitivo hour menu every day from 3pm to 6pm.
MEET THE OWNER
Propaganda is owned and operated by the dynamic couple of Yan and Claudio. Yan Wong helped Claudio design both the interior at Inovino wine bar and Altovino in San Francisco. At Propaganda, she decided to keep the industrial vibe of the Arts District but also adding a touch of the beautiful colors and atmosphere that Coastal Italy is so well known for. Claudio Villani founded and owned Inovino & Altovino in San Francisco where he achieved fine praise for his delicious food, wine selection, incredible atmosphere and personal service.

Before opening his own wine bars, Claudio worked as sommelier and wine director for the Michelin star Quince & Perbacco in the Financial District in San Francisco and the Wynn in Las Vegas, where he received recognition for his wine list, personal service and hospitality.
